Develop and implement software testing strategies, plans, and test cases.
Review business and technical requirements to define test scenarios.
Perform manual and automated testing of software applications and systems.
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.
Conduct functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and testing frameworks.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve defects and improve software quality.
Validate software releases before deployment to ensure they meet quality standards.
Monitor test progress, prepare test reports, and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organisational quality standards, security policies, and industry best practices.
Support continuous improvement of QA processes, testing methodologies, and automation initiatives.
Participate in root cause analysis of production issues and recommend preventive measures.
