Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) has an assignment available for a Software Team Lead with a leading Aerospace and Defence company known for innovation within their sector.

We are currently seeking a Software Team Lead to develop new capabilities at the forefront of Aerospace technology. The role involves team leadership, communicating development needs to line managers, and hands-on development.

This is an initial 6-month contract outside IR35.
