With prior experience as an agency recruiter in the Tech space, particularly in Robotics & Autonomous Systems, I was personally excited about this business opportunity. I believe others in the market would be too.

You will be working with clients who are exclusively retained by the creme de la creme of the DeepTech industry. Examples include: a company with LLM/TTS technology worth over $3 billion, and an AI App-Builder that grew from $0 to $30 million ARR in under 120 days, among others.

This role is a 360 recruitment position. Their main challenge is not enough staff to handle their workload. They are looking for top recruiters to connect with the world's most impressive DeepTech companies and place the TOP 1% across modern technology stacks such as Golang, Python, Typescript, React, Node.js, Rust.

Now, about the logistics:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (flexible depending on the individual).
• Strong base salary (discussed DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission begins at 25% flat, tiered up to 55%. The earning potential is significant, with an average fee of £40K-£60K, and the highest on record at £300K!
