With a background as an agency recruiter in the Tech space, particularly in Robotics & Autonomous Systems, I was excited by this business's success, and I believe anyone in this market would be too.

You’ll be working with clients who are exclusively retained by the creme de la creme of the DeepTech industry! Examples include: a startup worth >$3bil, and an AI App-Builder reaching $30mil ARR in under 120 days, among others.

The role is primarily a 360 recruitment position, but their main challenge is not having enough staff to handle their workload. They are seeking top recruiters to connect with the world's most innovative DeepTech companies and place the TOP 1% across modern tech stacks such as Golang, Python, Typescript, React, Node.js, Rust.

Role logistics:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (flexible).
• Strong base salary (discussed DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission begins at 25% flat, tiered up to 55%. Average fee per placement is £40K-£60K, with the highest on record at £300K!
