Software Quality Engineer

Location: Hybrid / Peterborough

Our client is a fast-growing, tech-driven team reimagining how software is built in the motor industry. With a start-up mindset and industry experience, this is your chance to be part of a new technology hub focused on innovation, collaboration, and quality.

As a Software Quality Engineer, you will work in an agile, cross-functional team to develop high-quality web applications. Your responsibilities include championing quality throughout the development lifecycle—analyzing requirements, test planning, automation, and supporting live releases. You will initially work with legacy systems and transition to a modern stack including C# .NET 9, React, Azure pipelines, CI/CD, TDD, and Test Automation.

• Experience in testing within agile environments, manual frameworks, and CI/CD processes
• An ability (or interest) to understand and read code, though not necessarily write it; collaboration with developers who write tests
