Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Head of QA / Lead Software Tester. Whether you're an experienced software tester with hands-on experience looking to step into a leadership role, or an experienced QA Lead seeking a new opportunity, this role is for you.

You should have experience in manual and automated testing, with proficiency in tools and technologies such as Selenium, Cucumber, C#, etc. You will have worked in a commercial environment testing software, creating automated test cases from scratch, and be capable of driving change. A willingness to challenge the status quo is essential.

In this role, you will report directly to the Software Development Manager and will be the go-to person for all QA-related matters within the organization.

Ideally, your background includes working with software closely related to hardware or products.

This role offers a salary of up to £80,000 plus benefits including private healthcare, pension, hybrid working, on-site gym, life insurance, and more.
