Job description

Position: Head of QA / Lead Software Tester

If you're an experienced software tester with solid hands-on experience looking to step into a leadership role, OR if you are an experienced QA Lead seeking a new opportunity, then look no further.

You should have experience in manual and automated testing with tools like Selenium, Cucumber, C#, etc. You will have worked in a commercial environment testing software, creating automated test cases from scratch, and be capable of driving change. You should be comfortable challenging the status quo.

In this role, you will report directly to the Software Development Manager and become the organization's go-to person for all QA-related matters.

Your background should ideally include working with software closely related to hardware/products.

This role offers a salary of up to £80,000 plus benefits including private healthcare, pension, hybrid working, on-site gym, life insurance, and more.
