Job Description:

Head of QA / Lead Software Tester

If you're an experienced software tester with solid hands-on experience looking to step into a leadership role, or an experienced QA Lead seeking a new opportunity, then look no further.

You'll have experience in manual and automated testing, with proficiency in tools like Selenium, Cucumber, C#, etc. You'll have worked in a commercial environment testing software and creating automated test cases from scratch, and be able to implement change. You should be comfortable challenging the status quo.

In this role, you will report directly to the Software Development Manager and become the organisation's go-to person for all QA-related matters.

Your experience should ideally include working with software closely related to hardware/products.

This role offers a salary of up to £80,000 plus benefits such as private healthcare, pension, hybrid working, on-site gym, life insurance, and more.
