Job Description:

Head of QA / Lead Software Tester

If you're an experienced software tester with hands-on expertise looking to take on a leadership role, OR if you are an experienced QA Lead seeking new opportunities, then this position is for you.

You should have experience in manual and automated testing, with proficiency in tools like Selenium, Cucumber, C#, etc. You will have worked in a commercial environment testing software and creating automated test cases from scratch, and be capable of driving change. You should be comfortable challenging the status quo.

In this role, you will report directly to the Software Development Manager and become the organisation's primary contact for all QA-related matters.

Your commercial experience should ideally include working with software closely related to hardware/products.

This role offers a salary of up to £80,000 plus benefits such as private healthcare, pension, hybrid working, on-site gym, life insurance, and more.

Our client is a global technology company within the oil and gas sector. You will need to be within commuting distance of the Aberdeen office, as onsite work is required.
