Software Project Manager – Financial Software | Agile | London - Miller Maxwell is partnering with a leading international Financial Software Vendor that is expanding rapidly across the US and Europe. As part of this growth, they are seeking a talented Software Project Manager to lead the delivery of key software engineering projects throughout 2025, 2026, and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Software Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering complex, client-facing software solutions. You’ll:

  • Manage full project lifecycles – from planning through to deployment and post-delivery support.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality financial software solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.
  • Champion Agile practices – lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while managing risks and dependencies.
  • Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field ().
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing software development projects.
  • Proven track record delivering financial software solutions – essential.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Experience working closely with software engineers, developers, and architects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
