Overview

Are you an expert at juggling projects, coordinating teams, and delivering success? We are looking for a Software Project Manager to oversee multiple software projects and ensure completion on time, within budget, and to top quality standards. You will work closely with our integration project managers and software engineers driving projects! If you are a leader, with resource management, and understand all things projects with a sprinkle of software, this could be the perfect role for you!

What will you be doing?
  • Leading the software workstreams for integration projects, coordinating with engineers and integration project managers at every step.
  • Connecting with internal and external customers and suppliers, establishing productive business relationships that lead to project success.
  • Staying on top of budgets, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring any scope changes are captured and documented.
  • Preparing, maintaining, and monitoring project plans, keeping the team updated on project progress through informal weekly and formal monthly reports.
  • Promoting a safe and compliant work environment, ensuring health and safety standards are met across projects.
What are we looking for?
  • A project management expert with experience in software development and the tools to support it.
  • Prince2 or APM certification (that’s a bonus!)
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) — highly desirable.
