Candidate Requirements

• Experience managing a team of 5 to 10 software engineers
• Experience with budget management, including cost control and handling change requests
• Understanding of UML, C, or C++
• Strong project management skills from planning to delivery
• Good understanding of the SDLC
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and inform teams effectively
• Eligibility for Security Clearance (British Citizen or Dual National with British Citizenship)
