Software Implementation Consultant

Wouldyou like to be part of a team specialising in and championing their digital collectionsplatform,a next-generation SaaS product to help libraries, archives museums and heritage sites publish and showcase their archival material.

As a Software Implementation Consultant you will:

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, spending time investigating and understanding their objectives, implementing, onboarding and training them to ensure that they are using the software effectively to best achieve their goals
  • Promote engagement with the software through webinars, workshops, development of documentation and support materials and contribution to the community platform
  • Contribute to future product development by building an understanding of customer requirements and priorities and sharing this knowledge with the product and engineering teams

Requirements for the Software Implementation Consultant:

  • A background in Library Sciences or experience of working with Archival, Digital Asset Management or Library Systems
  • A strong interest in Software andthe Ed Tech and Cultural sectors (Universities, Museums, Heritage, Archives)
  • You may have worked with one of the following companies or their products such as; proquest clarivate, ibliotheca, bibliu, nexbib, 247lib, axiell, ex libris, innovative interfaces, sirsidynix, library management cloud, education software solutions, infor library software, worldcat, koha, soutron, minisis, aspen discovery, open fifth, knowvation, archivalware, alma, primo, aleph 500 or atriuum
  • Knowledge of digital publishing or digital asset management is desirable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in a key customer-facing role
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly as part of a small team
  • A responsible and flexible solutions-based approach to your work
  • Able to work 2 days in the office and 3 from home
