Are you a passionate Software Engineering Lead with a vision for innovation and the hands-on skills to back it up? Working for a dynamic global group, as the Software Engineering Manager, you will help shape the future of our client's flagship product.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical leadership, hands-on coding, product strategy, and team mentoring in a role that is both strategic and execution-focused.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of cutting-edge .NET-based software products.
• Drive the technical strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve our platform.
• Guide and mentor a team of talented developers, inspiring growth, curiosity, and innovation.
• Champion best practices: define and enforce clean code standards, robust testing, and scalable architecture.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging tools, frameworks, and AI-driven development technologies.
• Leverage AI tools for code generation, testing, and productivity acceleration.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality features on time.

Experience:

• Experience working in a startup or SME environment.
• 7+ years in software development, with 2+ years in a leadership or senior technical role.
• Proven experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Deep understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise application development.
