What You’ll Do:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of cutting-edge .NET-based software products
• Drive the technical strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve our platform
• Guide and mentor a team of talented developers, inspiring growth and innovation
• Define and enforce best practices: clean code standards, testing, and scalable architecture

Experience:

• Experience in startup/SME environments
