Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineering Team Lead (C++) to manage a team of six senior engineers working on a globally used software development tool. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on C++ development, focusing on delivering core platform functionality across Windows, Linux, and AIX systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of six senior C++ developers, overseeing line management, project planning, and delivery.
