Job summary

Alpine is offering a unique internship opportunity in Software Engineering at their Enstone headquarters, aimed at undergraduates passionate about applying academic knowledge to real-world challenges in Formula 1. You will join a collaborative team of Software Engineers and contribute to the development and deployment of software solutions that enhance car performance.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of C# and strong problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive attitude. Mentorship from experienced engineers and access to on-site facilities, including a gym, will be provided during this exciting internship.

Alpine Formula One Team is on a mission to return to the front of the grid, and we are offering a unique opportunity for a passionate and driven undergraduate to join our Software Engineering team at our Enstone headquarters. This internship is designed for students eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges in Formula 1, contributing to the support and evolution of existing tools, as well as to create new solutions that impact car performance, race strategy, and engineering processes.

You will be part of a collaborative team of Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Platform Engineers, working together to improve all areas of the team—from car design and manufacturing to performance analysis at the track.

The Role

• Support the development, testing, and deployment of software solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
• Collaborate with engineers across departments to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
• Document and present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Actively participate in the operational phase of our Software Development Lifecycle.
