Software Engineering Manager | £110k – Java, Vue.js & AWS

Role Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of 10-15 engineers, fostering an open and high-performance culture.
2. Oversee team sprints, performance metrics, and ensure continuous improvement.
3. Take ownership of safety and security standards, including ISO certifications.

Candidate Requirements

1. Strong technical background in Java, Python, or other OOP languages.
2. Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Python, and AWS.
3. Leadership and management experience of at least 1-2 years.
4. Exposure to ISO certifications is a plus.
