Qualifications

• Significant professional experience developing backend applications with .NET Core / .NET 6+.
• Experience building and supporting microservices-based solutions, ideally using Dapr.
• Strong knowledge of messaging and event-driven systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus).
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, including design, query optimization, stored procedures.
• Experience maintaining, integrating, or modernizing legacy .NET applications.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized apps.
• Understanding of design patterns, CQRS, DDD, and event-driven architectures; Agile/Scrum; Git/Jira/CI/CD pipelines.

• Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL databases, including schema development, stored procedures, and query performance tuning.
• Assess, refactor, and modernize legacy applications and services while ensuring business continuity.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical planning, and code quality initiatives.
• Promote software quality, security, observability, and DevOps best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support and mentor team members through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
