Job summary

Databricks is hiring Software Engineering Interns across multiple offices for a 12‑week Summer internship. You will join a team to build features for the Databricks platform, manage your project end-to-end, and learn how to scale a platform while maintaining quality and security.

You will graduate between fall 2027 and Summer 2028 with a CS/Engineering degree or related subject and have programming experience in Python, Java, or C++. Collaborative problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• You will graduate between fall 2027 and Summer 2028 with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject.
• Implementation skills with a general purpose language such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and OOP principles.
• Able to solve ambiguous problems with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to build features for the Databricks platform.
• Manage your project end-to-end, including design, code, and feedback.
• Learn about building a platform that scales quickly while maintaining quality and security.
