The Graduate Programme :

By joining the Saab UKs Graduate Engineering programme in September 2026 youll have the opportunity to have hands on practical experience with our unique products while being supported by your managers mentors and peers. You will gain valuable experience across our Sensor systems and Seaeye business units working on cutting edge radar and underwater robotics technology.

This is a structured 2-year programme designed to provide a range of experience and understanding across our core engineering disciplines. You will complete four 6-month rotations at our main Campus in Fareham.

Graduates will rotate as a cohort and finish with a final placement and there will be discussions for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Across the programme you will :

Build real experience on real systems gain industry recognised skills while rotating through our core Engineering disciplines.

Develop strong professional networks through your managers graduate mentors and others across the business.

Be involved in continuous learning activities in both technical and soft skill environments.

Qualifications and Skills :

This role will involve some travel to our Farnborough and Fareham sites.
