Team: Joining a team of 7 developers

Role: A leading client onboarding and case management platform experiencing growth, looking for software engineers with a versatile skill set to contribute across the entire development pipeline. The role emphasizes high-quality, innovative features, individual ownership, and collaboration.

The team focuses on evolving legal tech solutions, with engineers expected to learn, adapt, and contribute from day one. Candidates should be independent, proactive, and capable of managing projects end-to-end to support product growth.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Research, plan, design, and deliver features based on product roadmaps or client requests
• Manage feature delivery independently, ensuring quality and deadlines
• Collaborate with clients for bespoke solutions
• Support team members, utilizing your strengths
• Improve internal code standards
• Utilize cloud and third-party services
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Provide technical support to clients

The tech stack includes an end-to-end TypeScript monorepo, a Vue client with Firebase backend, and various micro-services and third-party providers. The team encourages research, learning, and the adoption of new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance productivity and quality.

Performance is measured by output, exceeding client expectations, feature quality, added value, and user experience improvements.

This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours aligned with UK timezone office hours.

Experience Needed:

• TypeScript
• Vue.js 2
• Firebase Functions & Firestore
• AWS
• Figma
• 2–5 years of professional engineering experience, preferably in startup, SaaS, or fast-paced environments

Technical Skills:

• Strong foundation in TypeScript
• Experience with Firebase or similar cloud/backend technologies (Node.js, Express, Lambda, Azure Functions)
• Proficiency in at least one major frontend framework (Vue2 preferred, React or Angular also acceptable)
