My client is an institutionally backed Fintech business specialising in building cutting-edge solutions for cryptocurrencies & digital assets. Their flagship was the first regulated custody solution for institutional crypto trading. Following their Series B funding round, they are now looking at significant diversification of their commercial offerings, with a specific focus on Staking.

They are expanding their software engineering team and seek an experienced individual with strong Java knowledge and experience in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.

What You'll Do

The role involves developing platforms to support institutional adoption of tokenized assets, reducing friction, cost, and latency over existing services. Responsibilities include:

• Designing and engineering products, data structures, and interconnects.
• Supporting production infrastructure, including Azure, data feeds, monitoring, and issue resolution. Limited out-of-hours support may be required.
• Integrating with exchanges, L1/L2 chains, financial intermediaries, and data sources.
• Analyzing market requirements and developing project plans.
