Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a Software Engineer Team Lead to guide a talented data pipeline team responsible for building and evolving cloud-native production systems that process terabytes of data daily. The role is at least 50% hands-on.

You will lead architecture and delivery across data infrastructure, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ship reliable, scalable solutions in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software development experience
• 2+ years managerial experience
• Experience with Rust in production
• Experience with data-intensive applications

Responsibilities

• Lead the data pipeline team to build and evolve cloud-native production systems.
• Be at least 50% hands-on in coding and design.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience
• Experience with kafka
• Experience using ClickHouse in production- an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
• At least 2 years of experience developing and operating Rust-based systems in production-MUST
• Experience working on data-intensive applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
