Job Description

To design, develop, and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

• Critical role required to work in the Sierra workstream. Role is a Software Engineer – SDM Config Designer within Barclays Financial Assistance (BFA) aligned to Customer Care Needs Lab.
• Involved as a key member in collaboration with business analysts and Sierra PO’s to refine design sessions and create a healthy backlog for SDM feature team.
• Create configuration low-level designs in line with business requirements.
• Guide feature team on Sierra business processes and configurations.
• Participate in test scenario reviews to ensure full coverage.
• Identify risks and work closely with Sierra TDM to handle them effectively.

This role will be an individual contributor working on solutions from the enterprise program backlog that aligns to BFA, to be delivered within the next 8-12 months.
