Job Details:

• Service Description: Help shape and deliver technical solutions using Salesforce, managing customer communications via Email, SMS, and PUSH.
• Profile Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Software Engineer

• Work Type: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Design and document scalable solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio/Cloud Pages).
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions to optimize marketing workflows.
• Perform integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.
• Provide production support and investigate incidents, including out-of-hours support if needed.

Mandatory Skills:

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification
• Knowledge of mobile app SDKs and API integrations
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, TLS, SSL, and data encryption
