As a Software Engineer within PNC's DNA Artificial Intelligence Group organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL.

Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. As a Software Engineer, you will be part of an Agile engineering team where you will be responsible for technical design and development within our DNA Artificial Intelligence group. Additionally, you will work with our testers to address bugs or defects and propose & design solutions. This position would require fluidity and flexibility, as this is not a role with specific guidelines where you will perform the same tasks on a day to day basis. As a Software Engineer, you will also be responsible for serving as a mentor for other members of the team.

PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. We are looking for passionate Software Engineers with experience in the areas below:

  • Develop and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere to streamline business processes.
  • Provide operational support for RPA code and ensure smooth functioning of automation workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connectivity, system integration, and automation failures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support their automation needs and ensure successful implementation.
  • Engage with vendors to coordinate support and resolve platform-related issues.
  • Assist in production support activities, including monitoring and maintaining RPA bots in live environments.
  • Integrate RPA systems with external applications using APIs and stored procedures.
  • Support and guide other teams in adopting and optimizing RPA solutions.
  • Analyze and debug code to improve performance and reliability of automation scripts.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $121,900.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
