One of our companies is currently looking for a Software Engineer in the UK.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior software engineer to join a remote-first product team building mission-critical, high-performance applications in the cybersecurity space. You'll play a key role in leading technical initiatives, collaborating closely with designers and product managers, and driving innovation across the engineering organization. The ideal candidate brings both deep technical expertise and a passion for solving complex problems that have real-world impact. You'll have the opportunity to shape product direction, mentor team members, and work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Accountabilities:

Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and resilient features and systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business objectives
Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in company-wide engineering initiatives
Guide and mentor peers through code reviews, pairing, and technical leadership
Take ownership of the software development lifecycle from planning to release
Continuously improve code quality and engineering processes across teams

Requirements

5+ years of full-stack software development experience in a SaaS environment
Proficiency with Ruby on Rails, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages
Strong background in designing and building production-grade systems
Experience working in agile development environments and cross-functional teams
Bonus if experienced in GraphQL, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, or generative AI applications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
