The Role: Software Engineer (Fullstack)

As part of Nifty's expanding engineering team, you'll contribute to the core codebase, building tools for the rapidly growing digital collectible space. This hands-on role involves collaborating with smart, creative teams to establish the foundation of Nifty Gateway. Ideal candidates will have a strong ability to improve user experience, translate design frameworks into effective code, and proactively collaborate across disciplines to realize a shared artistic vision.

Responsibilities:

• Remove roadblocks, optimize processes, and support team development.
• Refactor and maintain core systems for scalability.
• Deliver projects with high coding standards and on schedule.
• Understand business goals and develop features to grow the customer base.
• Troubleshoot technical issues leveraging deep system knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to develop critical app components.
• Adopt our DevOps culture: build and operate your solutions.
• Work effectively across functions and earn trust at all levels.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer at scale.
• Ability to write secure, efficient code in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer and product-focused mindset, with clear reasoning behind technical choices.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and organized in results delivery.
• Prefer simple over complex solutions.
• Enjoy working with diverse teams.
• Comfortable managing organization amidst chaos.
• Familiar with: TypeScript, React, styled-components, Python, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, MySQL, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, pytest, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub, CircleCI, Next.js (Preferred), AR/VR (Preferred).
