About the role

The growing National Security team in Manchester offers opportunities to work with diverse clients, delivering impactful solutions. Join a team that not only serves clients but also engages in community outreach to build tech and cyber skills locally.

We seek additional Software Engineers following our success in the UK Government sector.

What you could be doing:

• Designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software as part of engineered information or communication systems.
• Providing accurate effort estimates for software development from specifications.
• Leading and mentoring junior to mid-level developers.
• Analyzing code defects and implementing fixes.

What background are we looking for?

• Proficiency in languages like Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, or C++.
• A desire to solve complex technical problems.
• Aspirations to learn new skills.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Docker, Microservices) is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work within Agile teams and share knowledge.
