Summary:

The Ads Experimentation platform provides Infrastructure software to perform A/B Tests. The team is responsible for creating and running experiments, collecting signals, aggregating and creating analytical decision making tools which finally allow the research scientists and ML engineers to decide if an experiment is successful or not.

1. The main job responsibilities would be: 1. Creating the future vision and strategy for a unified platform that can scale as the number of experiment users increase. 2. Working with Data Science team finalise the top line metrics for the product and creating the roadmap to measure and improve the top line goals 3. Solving some of the technical challenges we have in scalability, reliability and efficiency of the platform 4. Improving experimentation infrastructure to reduce latency of experiments and bring in innovations on speeding up experiment lifecycle 5. Create a vision and strategy for a fully automated and guided experimentation Infra 6. Improve the engineering craft within the team 7. Partner with Engineering managers in mentoring and growing the technical talent in the team"
