LabVIEW Development Engineer

The LabVIEW Development Engineer is responsible for further developing our current technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop enhancements to LabVIEW HMI/GUI software
• Develop automation for current calibration routines
• Enhance calibration routines of Android applications
• Maintain and improve existing LabVIEW codebases

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related computer science field
• 10+ years of experience in LabVIEW development, including:
• Experience with legacy LabVIEW and refactoring
• Experience with real-time control systems
• Experience building HMIs/GUIs
• Developing bidirectional cross-platform communication for data and control
• Experience with remote communication protocols such as RS-232, GPIB, and USB
• Experience with data curve fitting functions

Additional Qualifications:

• Proficiency in editing and maintaining existing LabVIEW code bases
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical hardware and instrumentation (oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, etc.)
• Experience implementing data logging
• Experience working with ISO 13485 standards in software integration roles
