Software Engineer (Java Developer)

Salary: Circa £40,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming and a passion for developing scalable and efficient applications. If this is something of interest, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Troubleshoot and debug applications.
  • Work as part of a team to deploy latest releases of code and support the application on a 24/7 basis, including incident and problem resolution. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Contribute to designing solutions that meet the strategic requirements of the business.
  • Identify improvement opportunities such as enhancements to standards or technical innovations to increase the quality and efficiency of delivery. Provide technical expertise and collaborate in teams operating across the UK.

  • Salary Circa £40,000 for National based (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
