Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices.
• Shipped at least one large-scale product to production for millions of users.
• Experience building maintainable and testable code with API design and unit testing techniques.
• Experience with multithreading and mobile memory management.
• Experience building complex iOS apps using Objective-C/Swift/C++ and the iOS SDK.
• Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive impact.
• Ability to lead complex technical projects and drive organizational change.
• Experience using data analysis to explain technical problems and provide feedback and solutions.

• Programming experience in a relevant language
• Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects
• Experience utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems and provide detailed feedback and solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Experience with multithreading programming and mobile memory management
• Experience building complex applications for the iPhone or iPad using Objective-C/C++/Swift with the iOS SDK and other frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Shipped at least one large-scale product to production, supporting millions of active users
