Ionetic, a battery technology start-up in Brackley, is seeking a Software Engineer to build, deploy, and maintain our internal toolchain that supports engineering across the business. You will design software across the stack, helping turn technical requirements into reliable solutions.

You will work with Python, TypeScript and C# to deploy data-driven tooling and infrastructure, contributing to scalable software and data management practices in a fast-moving team.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Solid Python skills, with exposure to TypeScript and/or C# a plus.
• Understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Experience deploying and maintaining software in production.
• Awareness of data management practices, including structure, storage, and integrity.
• Experience working on non-trivial software projects, ideally in a team setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build software across IONETIC's internal toolchain.
• Deploy and maintain software and supporting infrastructure.
• Manage and structure data used across the toolchain.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Work across the stack as needed, including tooling in Python, TypeScript, and C#.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate technical requirements into working software.
• Contribute to decisions on software architecture and design.
