Job summary

La Fosse has partnered with a SaaS business to recruit an experienced SDET for a growing team. This role will drive quality across a complex suite of web and mobile applications, working with engineering to improve testing capability, increase automation, and support the platform's ongoing modernisation.

The role requires strong C# / .NET experience, API testing background, and the ability to operate as a senior, self-sufficient QA, setting direction rather than taking it.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in C# / .NET environments.
• Proven background testing API driven architectures.
• Experience testing across web and mobile applications.
• Ability to operate as a senior, self-sufficient QA, setting direction.
• Experience working on modernisation / transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing strategy across multiple systems.
• Comfortable working across multiple applications / large, complex platforms.
• Experience integrating or testing third-party systems / external APIs.
• Exposure to full-stack environments (C#, backend services; Blazor desirable but not essential).

This role will be responsible for driving quality across a complex suite of web and mobile applications, working alongside engineering to improve testing capability, increase automation, and support the ongoing modernisation of their platform

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in C# / .NET environments (essential)
• Proven background testing API driven architectures
• Experience testing across web and mobile applications
• Ability to operate as a senior, self-sufficient QA. setting direction rather than taking it
• Experience working on modernisation / transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing strategy across multiple systems
• Comfortable working across multiple applications / large, complex platforms
• Experience integrating or testing third-party systems / external APIs
• Exposure to full-stack environments (C#, backend services; Blazor desirable but not essential)

Nice to have:

• Experience with test automation (or introducing automation into low maturity environments)
• Experience working in low process or early-stage QA functions
• Knowledge of mobile testing (Android / Flutter)
