Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee testing in teams delivering frequent code deployments to production.
2. Drive capability uplift in performance testing and test automation.
3. Lead the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.

What You’ll Bring

1. Significant experience in software testing, including leadership in Test Lead or Middle-Senior SDET roles.
2. Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
3. Hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks and tools.
4. Proficiency in load testing and analyzing performance metrics.
5. Experience testing in Salesforce environments (advantageous).
6. Strong manual testing background, with an informed approach to when and how to apply it.
7. Proven success in delivering process improvements to enhance test quality and efficiency.
8. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
