As a Back-End Engineer within the International Consumer Bank, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding banking experience to our customers. You will work collaboratively as part of a diverse, inclusive, and geographically distributed team. Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to end-to-end solutions through cloud-native microservices architecture, leveraging the latest technologies and industry best practices.
• Ensure solutions meet standards for resiliency, performance, security, testing, quality, and scalability.
• Support the lifecycle of your products, including in production and incident management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, with applied experience.
• Recent hands-on experience as a back-end software engineer.
• Proficiency in Java coding with recent versions.
• Experience designing and implementing various tests (unit, integration, end-to-end, performance).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and web technologies.
• Familiarity with relational data stores.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of messaging frameworks.
