Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on generative AI solutions to support business teams and technical partners.
• Develop robust, high-quality production code for generative AI applications supporting developer productivity gains.
• Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting, thinking beyond routine approaches to build solutions or solve technical problems.
• Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and participate in events exploring new and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience in AI development, focusing on generative AI and large language models.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Typescript, and Java.
• Good knowledge and active engagement in the fields of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and responsible AI implementation.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within disciplines like cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile development.
