Overview

As a software engineer within the Business Collaboration group we look for people who are passionate about solving business problems through innovation & engineering practices. You will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. You will be responsible for development of key regulatory controls in Voice recording assurance space and be part of a journey to develop next generation of Voice Analytics (Speech to Text) Platform and Search Engine development. You will be part of a feature team delivering against an agreed product roadmap through agile work practices.

  • Contribute to the development of the next generation Voice Analytics (Speech to Text) Platform and Search Engine.
  • Be part of a feature team delivering against an agreed product roadmap through agile work practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to stay aligned on goals and priorities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Practical cloud native experience.
  • Advanced in one or more programming language(s).
  • Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
  • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.
