The work:

Join the Ripple Platform Engineering team as a Software Engineer to drive innovation and deliver world-class solutions for our platform.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain a robust service framework for Java, enabling seamless development of new features.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning to improve efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
• Develop and optimize authentication and identity management systems.
• Collaborate with the wider engineering team to craft, deploy, and continuously improve core products.
• Work alongside experienced senior engineers who will provide guidance and support as you contribute to technical initiatives.
• Implement and enforce standard methodologies for coding, testing, and deployment.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience with multiple programming languages.
• Strong ownership attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Interest in the Kubernetes and Cloud Native ecosystem.
• Experience writing Kubernetes operators or working with authentication and identity systems is a plus.
