Position Overview:

FactSet is looking for a Software Engineer I to join our Core Infrastructure organisation. The Core Infrastructure organisation’s mission is to power FactSet and its clients with secure, reliable infrastructure by advancing hybrid cloud, resiliency, and the FactSet.dev Internal Developer Platform.

In this role, you will work with a team of experienced engineers to maintain and scale Tier 0 infrastructure that’s used to host and route requests to hundreds of microservices. You will gain hands‑on experience with C++, Python, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and network protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree, or equivalent professional experience

• Good technical, collaborative, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Desired Skills:
