Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, Clean Code and Clean Architecture.
• Ability to translate business problems into precise requirements and code.
• Entrepreneurial mindset aligning work with team and company goals.
• Ownership: take responsibility for technical work, product, and team.
• Team-oriented: support team goals and collaboration.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and communicate ideas effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive impact by translating stakeholder requirements into product improvements.
• Build clean, maintainable software and participate in code reviews.
• Lead technical direction for major initiatives and mentor teammates.
• Promote innovation, collaboration, and continuous process improvement.
• Work with Golang, MySQL, Docker on Kubernetes in our cloud infrastructure and GitHub CI/CD.
