Job summary

BLP is expanding in London with a London office, seeking a senior product leader to own and shape product decisions for a key area of the BLP Platform. You will collaborate with engineers, sales and executives to define what to build and in what order, ensuring outcomes align with strategic goals.

The role emphasizes discovery, cross-functional influence, and ownership of the product's success in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Track record of shipping enterprise B2B software that customers actually adopted.
• Entrepreneurial judgment. Comfortable operating with incomplete information, choosing a direction, and owning the result.
• Experienced in product discovery.
• Can hold a position with engineers, with sales, and with executives, and can say no in a way that keeps the relationship.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own the product decisions for your team's area of the BLP Platform: what gets built, in what order, and why.
• Drive outcomes for the team, focusing on impact, not just output.
• Conduct discovery to understand users and customers deeply enough to make evidenced decisions.
• Shape the product strategy in partnership with leadership and domain experts.
• Define how the product organization scales: intake, prioritization, and operating rhythm.

• The outcomes your team is accountable for, not the output.
• Discovery: understanding the users and customers in your area deeply enough that you can make most decisions yourself, and knowing which decisions need evidence first.

What You Shape With Us

• The product strategy for your area, in partnership with product leadership and the domain experts.
• How the product organization works as it scales: intake, prioritization, and the operating rhythm. We are actively iterating these, and we want the people doing the work to shape them.
• The standard for product management at BLP, which is still being set.

Who You Work With

• Your stream-aligned team.
• Other SATs and the platform teams.
• Customers and key users directly.
• Founders and domain experts, who hold a lot of the accumulated product knowledge in this space.

Required

• Track record of shipping enterprise B2B software that customers actually adopted.

• Experienced in product discovery.
• Can hold a position with engineers, with sales, and with executives, and can say no in a way that keeps the relationship.
• Fluent English.

Strongly Preferred

• Experience working in an empowered product model, where teams were assigned problems to solve rather than features to build.

A Plus

• Enterprise ERP or finance exposure.
• Experience with AI or agentic products in production, particularly reliability, evaluation, and trust in enterprise settings.
• German, given our customer base.
