Job Description

About the role

The embedded finance team aims to build the world's best embedded finance platform for our partners. We work closely with multiple functions within our vertical from solutions engineering and business development to understand the pain points of some of the largest enterprises in the world to build robust, scalable solutions for them. In the team you will be exposed to a wide range of challenges for our partners from being able to frictionlessly onboard their consumer and business customers to seamlessly moving money across borders.

We are looking for an engineer that is passionate about solving complex problems for their stakeholders. Someone who thrives working in an environment where they are empowered to make decisions and drive features and products forward. To do this, we believe that to make the best technical decision, you should have a strong understanding of the products you’re building.

How we work

We operate on a strong belief in automation, programmatic implementation, and reusable design. We’re looking for people who can step back and think holistically about the ecosystem, but also follow through and help implement the design; drawing on the resources across the rest of the global product tribe.

We need to sustain this growth by continuously iterating on the services we run, with a focus on availability, security, and ease of use. We’re looking for an engineer with relevant experience who can analyse complex requirements and deliver simple solutions to help our teams achieve our mission with speed and confidence.

What will you be working on?

A strong product mindset and sense of ownership to enable you to make the best technical decisions and prioritise your work.
