We’re looking for a talentedDevOps Engineerto join our Specialized Finance team and help us build, automate, and evolve our cloud-native platforms. If you're excited by cutting-edge tech, solving complex problems, and delivering real value at speed – this could be the perfect role for you.

You'll work alongside product and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-impact solutions using AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Serverless microservices, and React-based micro-frontends. This is your chance to make a real difference – not just maintaining systems, but building them from the ground up and guiding teams on their cloud journeys.

What will the role involve?

• Developing and enhancing secure, scalable DevSecOps capabilities across deployment, automation, and monitoring.
• Building high-quality infrastructure and applications using Typescript, Golang, and Python.
• Designing, deploying, and supporting cost-effective cloud solutions using AWS and Kubernetes.
• Supporting and advising product teams on DevOps best practices, cloud architecture, and tooling.
• Delivering continuous improvements and value through automation and iterative development.
• Evaluating third-party tools and services for fit, functionality, and security.
• Providing occasional on-call support and actively reducing incidents through smart engineering.
• Contributing to compliance and security processes (e.g., ISO 27001)
• Staying up to date with DevOps trends and shaping how we do things.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• A strong DevOps background – with experience in delivering secure, scalable systems.
• Proficiency in coding across multiple languages (e.g., Typescript, Golang, Python, Kotlin).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms – AWS is our stack, but we value experience across providers.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, and serverless architecture.
• A passion for building tools, platforms, and practices that drive engineering excellence.
• An adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with managed Kubernetes services (e.g., EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Hands-on experience with serverless microservices.
• Comfort designing and provisioning infrastructure as code with Terraform.
