Are you an entrepreneur at heart and want to join a startup from its inception? We have been invited to pitch in Europe's largest startup incubator, Startupbootcamp (Amsterdam). See startupbootcamp.org for more info. We are looking for 2 more co-founders to join us.

Our startup is The Startup Factory. The pitch is simple and straightforward: We produce and launch one startup every single month. We have launched our first company, MedScribe (medscribe.io), which is an AI medical transcription service for doctors, dentists, and therapists. Our goal is to do what Y-Combinator does but change the business model through vertical integration, handling ideation, building, launching, and owning the startups ourselves.

The incubator starts in early September. All startups receive seed funding of €25,000. The average funding on Investor Day (at the end of the program where startups pitch to invited investors) is around €1.7 million. Our aim is to build three startups within the program's timeframe. The program lasts three months and is hybrid, with exceptions for Intro Week and Investor Day.

After the program, we plan to establish the startup's headquarters in Amsterdam, Berlin, or Dubai (final decision pending).

Up to Investor Day, there will be no salaries for any co-founders.

• Be genuinely interested and passionate about your field of expertise
• Be skilled in your field of expertise
• Startup experience is a plus, but relevant work experience is acceptable
• Relevant education or exceptional experience can compensate
