Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and resolving conflicts.
- Define development objectives and work towards achieving them.
- Ensure work meets specifications, deadlines, quality standards, and effort estimates.
- Monitor progress and report exceptions to management.
- Adhere to programming standards, best practices, and industry guidelines.
- Develop applications and provide fixes for customers.
- Perform programming based on specifications within project timelines.
- Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews.
- Schedule and deliver tasks, providing progress updates.
- Escalate issues promptly with suggested solutions.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Extensive programming experience, especially in C# and VB.Net.
- Strong understanding of SQL database design.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience with successful delivery of software projects.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of software project lifecycles.
- Familiarity with .NET, WinForms, REST Services, and modern web stacks.
