Job Description:

An Investment Bank, a leading player in the FX Banking sector, is seeking a Java Software Engineer to work on a Front Office FX Algo trading platform that offers clients and internal users a comprehensive suite of E-Trading applications.

This role involves collaborating with trading, front office, and research teams within a small group to develop and maintain low-latency pricing and connectivity systems, focusing on FX and forward pricing engines, and integrating the latest low-latency technologies and architectures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong Java development skills, including experience with multi-threading.
• Experience in E-Trading or high-performance/low-latency development.
• Motivated to work directly with traders and quants.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous investment banking experience, preferably in a front office team.
• Willingness to work 3 days per week in the office.
