SableBio Limited is seeking a Software Engineer to build our AI Toxicology platform in East London. As an early engineer, you will shape architecture, write Python services, and collaborate with scientists to turn complex questions into production software.

You will own code quality, tests, and tooling, contribute to data pipelines, and help scale for pharmaceutical customers while enjoying a training budget, private medical plan, and equity as we grow together.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python, with focus on testing and best practices.
• 2-3 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience in developer tooling or cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Build clean, maintainable Python applications that scale to large biological datasets.
• Collaborate with scientists to turn fuzzy questions into production software.
• Develop data processing pipelines that ingest, transform, and score data.
• Uphold software quality through code reviews and testing, guiding best practices.
